Women carrying their basket of eggs to sell to the General Store and then filling the basket back up with wild flowers on the way home was my inspiration when designing this quilt. Market Day finishes at 54" x 72" with 12--12" finished baskets and 4 raw edge applique flower pots. Super fun and cheery project. Would look great done up in seasonal colors. Cover quilt made with Island Batik fabrics. Pattern included detailed cutting instructions, nesting pressing directions, full size mirrored applique shapes, coloring page and quilting suggestions.
